Career Philosophy

Mentoring construction and maintenance crews, and watching them grow to be successful – and as excited about their work as I am – is deeply gratifying. Building a talented team of people that clicks on all cylinders and with equal amounts of passion is a powerful thing, and a primary reason I have had the opportunity to amass a loyal client following over the course of my career.

Each and every client has a unique vision of what a successful landscape means to them. Through attentive listening and questioning, I’m able to ensure that their expectations and visions are met.

Experience/Responsibilities

For more than 24 years, I had the privilege to work for one of largest and most respected landscape firms in Wisconsin. My experience has successfully taken numerous projects from conception to award-winning completion and maintenance into the future.

Throughout a project, I wear many hats – from visionary to project manager, coordinator, problem solver and mentor – always keeping my clients’ best interests in mind.

Personal Interests

My passion for the outdoors carries into my personal life. Hunting, fishing, sailing, skiing and woodworking are some of my interests – many of which I share with my family.
