Study nature, love nature, stay close to nature.
It will never fail you.
-Frank Lloyd Wright
We stumbled upon this quote on a hiking trail out west last fall, and the message resonates now more than ever.
Where can we tune out all the noise and distractions in life to enjoy a moment of peace? Nature has always been our sanctuary, whether outside our back door, on Tim’s Harley, or on one of our road trip adventures.
With all this quality time at home, have you taken time to notice your own slice of nature? Have you noticed the great outdoors in your own back yard? Do you have a quiet place to sit and watch the birds? Enjoy a sunset? Gaze at the stars? See the magic of the seasons unfold?
The changing seasons are always times of reflection and rejuvenation, as we witness and participate in the evolution of a year. Fall especially invites us to sit back and soak in the breathtaking beauty around us. We can answer that call with just a few minutes on a favorite hiking trail, a weekend in a pristine state park, or even just a drive in the country.
Anyone’s back yard can provide a daily moment of peace and quiet in the great outdoors, and we hope you’ve cultivated your very own nature escape.
