LandWorks is hiring a softscape crew member to be responsible for installation, basic plant care, mulching, grading, lawn installation, bed edging, and more.

What You'll Be Doing

• Softscape installation, basic plant care, mulching, grading, lawn installation, bed edging. Highly physical/strenuous. Must be able to lift 80 lbs.

Schedule

• Work 10-hour days, dispatching at 7 am
• We schedule 5, sometimes 6 days per week; you'll have the option to work all or some of those days

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work 10-hour days
• Ability to adapt to schedule changes based on weather
• Repetitive bending, twisting, kneeling and lifting more than 80 pounds
• Exposure to a variety of noise, dust, dirt, vibrations and fumes
• Exposure to inclement weather and outdoor environment

Experience & Licensing Requirements

• Softscape installation experience desirable
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen

Job Type & Pay

• Full-time position
• Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
