We are seeking a Landscape Architect or Designer who will lead project sales.

Our Design-Build team, including fourteen Landscape Architects and Designers, works hand-in-hand with our skilled craftsmen to design and build technically sophisticated landscapes. Our unique projects, which are often long term, require close collaboration with team members from the time of design through project completion.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the client experience from initial contact through construction and into landscape maintenance
- Lead the preparation of technical plans, details and calculations
- Direct the creation of presentation graphics for clients and review
- Perform takeoffs and prepare estimates for client acceptance, independently and with team support
- Perform site inventory and analysis, both independently and with the team
- Lead the administration of projects, including vendor selection, on-site meetings, and preparation of work orders, permit applications, construction documents, change orders and invoicing
- Conduct on-site project visits as needed, to communicate design intent to the crew and to monitor installation quality
- Communicate with the design support team, expeditor and appropriate production staff to keep projects moving efficiently
- Foster long term relationships with clients, builders/developers and allied professionals
